  1. Your points are bad. Have a feeling Minnesota is gonna give IU all they can handle tonight.
  2. I don't really know what all the back-and-forth is about...Iowa St. should have won the game, it's pretty simple.
  3. Do you have some fundamental inability to process bad results for Michigan? @IU @Wisky @MSU Those aren't bad results to me, they are expected. Other teams have lost games they shouldn't have over a period. Sorry that I think Michigan is better than IU Sure, in a vacuum those three losses in five games don't look bad. But we are allowed to look deeper. One of those losses Michigan was absolutely , humiliatingly throat-stomped and quit on the game (a place where IU just won). The two wins were an overtime home win against a team you just previously stated is struggling, and an eight-point home win against winless Penn State (!). For a team of Michigan's caliber, they are unquestionably struggling. There's no reason to suspect they won't snap out of this and return to top-level form -- and I think they will beat IU -- but a struggle this is. You can think Michigan is better than IU all you want -- I see little to support that, but whatever -- but I can't imagine even Michigan fans don't consider themselves in a little slump. It is ignoring that, not your opinion about who is better, that makes me question your ability to process Michigan's results. It really boils down to one thing for me....PG. There are going to be a few more teams able to give Indiana fits in the tournament than Michigan. Teams who play full court pressure D could really pose problems for Indiana come March. Louisville is certainly the first team that comes to mind, that would be a BAD matchup for the Hoosiers and likely eliminate them IMO. VCU is another team who would pose problems, they have the best on ball defender in the country.

  5. What is Wisconsin gonna do to NW tonight? Bo 10-1 last 11 against them and not that many really close. Also like Ohio St in a battle of struggling teams. Should be a really low scoring game I'd think. Let's face it, every big ten team save for 4 so far has had a period of struggles. It's fun.
  6. Just checked in. What the [expletive]? SLU is good and they had 2 enormous games on their schedule this year, home vs. Butler and VCU. They got majorly up for them and played really well, I don't see why that's all that surprising.
  7. Agree, I love night's like tonight when I can catch on other channels: Hofstra/Drexel Norfolk St/Hampton Bucknell/Lehigh I get to see different conferences and schools and learn about them. And in the case of Bucknell/Lehigh you could see possibly 2 All Americans if CJ McCollum wasn't hurt.
  8. Not gonna happen.
  9. 1- Michigan 2 - IU 3 - MSU 4 - Wisky 5 - OSU 6 - Illinois 7 - Minny 8 - Iowa 9 - Purdue 10 - NW 11 - Nebraska 12 - Penn St That was easy for me.
  10. Def looks like he's in very good shape.
  11. If you combine top wins, Illinois has the best 1/2 combo in the country...@Gonzaga, vs.IU
  12. http://www.chicagonow.com/mayor-daily/2013/01/trestman-daughters-hot-123/
  13. Definitely just a bad game. John Beilein may be the best in game coach in the country, something very positiveheading into the NCAA's. Also remember that MSU is a beast int he paint, not Michigan's strong suit. The tournament is much more guard driven and coaches making halftime adjustments in must win scenarios. In fact, Beilein/Izzo may be 1/2 for me (others would include Bo, K, Pitino, Calipari, Stevens, Shaka, Few). Michigan is still a #1 seed for me. But, some teams to watch out for with big time matchup problems for them in the tournament: MSU G'Town UNLV Creighton Colorado St.
  14. I'm thinking Illinois in the 8/9 game as of now.
  15. Because Garza couldn't put one down to save his life?
  16. 8-10 in the B10 is not even a question. Illinois in.
  17. Another real tough one tonight in Salt Lake City.
  18. Meh, Gonzaga isnt a major conference team but you gotta include them among the major 2 loss teams...they have a SOS comparable to many major conference teams. Yes, you do. And they are better than the bolded team above. Fraud. Garbage conference, sweet 16 at best.
  19. I love Oladipo, but they recent hype has been over the top. Not sure where Vitale came up with the mini-Jordan stuff. I think he's great, but that is just absurd. I mean I'm in total agreement to the Jordan stuff that's just stupid, but that juke he put on whoever on Michigan the other night for the dunk was f'in awesome.
  20. Same as North Carolina, Kentucky and Oregon? :-k
  21. So...the four No. 1 seeds? Right, because L'Ville is playing so amazing right now. Creighton would be my #5 The only team I've moved out of my preseason Final Four is NC State, they can't play a slow tempo. Can't see IU making it. Someone is gonna give them a matchup nightmare along the way. I think Michigan is far superior right now. And no, Saturday's outcome will not change my mind on that if IU wins.
  22. I didn't mean to make it sound like the seats are bad because they aren't, they are really good in fact. Just something to keep an eye out for.
  23. My updated final four: Michigan Florida Kansas Louisville
  24. Just a warning -- I had Row 2 as season tickets before and HATED them, switched back up to Row 4. Every idiot leans over that rail and you can't see.
  25. Illinois should give Michigan a good game today, but I just don't see a win. When Michigan goes on a run, how will Illinois respond? Size of Michigan will be a concern as well. In the end I will take the +6.5 but say Michigan 74-70.
