The butthurt is strong with Cardinals fans when it comes to PCA. I also saw the "throw" by the Cardinals fan who caught PCA HR. I don't think that Cardinal fan had too many father/son playing catch moments in his life.

That team was closer to a title than this year's team. If you can say the Cubs can and will re-sign Skubal, then I am all in, but I just don't think Jed and Tom will have the stomach to not only pay the prospect cost but also pay Skubal what he wants.

Not interested in rentals unless the Cubs are like a Skubal away from winning. Cubs are more than a Skubal away. Why waste assets on a rental who will leave after the season?

I accepted the fact the Cubs losing streak will reach double digits. ATP, I just hope they can win a game before May is over. If the Cubs want to win and make this post look bad, I am prepared to wear it.

As a Bulls fan, I choosing to believe that says more about the state of the Eastern Conference than it does the Knicks. Bulls fandom aside, I concede this run by the Knicks is impressive. I don't think they'll win the championship but a impressive run nonetheless.

SOMETHING has to change. Keeping running out pretty much the same lineup is not doing anything. IDC anymore but Alcantara and Ramrez need to be in the lineup EVERYDAY.

Is is possible that Hoerner is playing through concussion symptoms, similar to when Rizzo with the Yankees? I mean, he's stats have been not good since that game he got hit in the head by the Padres.

I won't dare ask for a win but is it too much to ask the Cubs to have more then 3 hits and/or more than 2 runs?

This does not feel like an ebb and flow, this offense genuinely feels broken. Something has to change.

I hope so. In fact, I want Counsell plays guys like Alcantara, Mo Baller (no matter if he is struggling) Amaya and Ramirez more.
