  1. I'm not even worry about them I believe August will be chilly for them. Cubs should keep during their thing.
  2. Why can't it both? A duped by PCA and a bonehead play by the runnrunner?
  3. I say stop worrying about what Mil is doing. The Cubs should keep doing their thing and take care of the Brewers when it is time to play Mil. Do that and it won't matter what Mil is doing.
  4. Ngl when Estrada broke out with the Padres, I was annoyed. Watching Palencia do his thing this year ended my annoyance with Estrada.
  5. But ties are pointless. Which is why I've accepted the ghost runner.
  6. I'm going to wait and see him be healthy before I give him a slot. Do not get me wrong, I do believe he's a top 5 talent in the system, when he is healthy.
  7. Is it fair to put a 2025 first round pick (one who is currently injured) in the top ten before we know how he adjust to pro ball?
  8. I get that game has to change and I've accepted it but some of the new changes (like ghost runners) will always feel like an awkward add to the game.
  9. I might be in the minority but eff the ghost runner, or any other gimmick, I love a good marathan extra inning game. The longer the better.
  10. TIL the Mets called the Cubs back in 2023 and pitch a Pete Alonso for PCA trade. Conversation was brief.
  11. I think he is going back to Sweden.
  12. The last time the Cubs did the sign a name reliever in the middle of the season, it did not work. (Kimbrel).
  13. 1. a more athletic Michael Conforto. 2. A Sam Fuld/Donnie Dewees. 3. A harder throwing Kyle Hendricks. I mean not the most exciting but not terrible either.
  14. I like Busch in the leadoff spot but with this being the Sunday before ASB, I expect a no call/no show from the offense today. With that said, prove me wrong Cubs.
  15. Simply put, Judge (or Bonds) are not infallible. They still get out a majority of the time. You can not be afraid to pitch to these guys because they are harder to get out than say a Jon Berti.
  16. A HR in that situation kills the rally. Despite another runner reaching base, the Cubs got a clean slate. There is a time and place to walk Judge but B9 and his team is trailing 0-5 is not one of those times. No free runners in the situation.
  17. He is.now in line with Johnson. If Johnson fails both are gone at the same time.
  18. I was frustrated that I was not making my point clearly. People was focus on a player who I was trying to use as an example. Do not take this the wrong way chops but I am done with this particular discussion. I could not make my point clearly and it confused people. I apologize. Ready to move on.
  19. Anytime he wants to go supernova, I will be here for it.
  20. Shaw has got to start hitting or I am jumping on the send Shaw back to AAA.
  21. *sighs* Stop focusing on the Skenes part. What I am asking is what does the Cubs All In plan look like?
