He's thrown 53 innings of college baseball and a TJ surgery already under his belt. 53 innings as a sophomore, including TJS, is reasonable and not a death knell to his SP hopes. I’m sure teams actually think the lack of miles is a feature, not a bug. As an example, Dylan Cease was drafted out of HS and then needed TJS at a similar age as Horton. Cease didn’t break 53 innings until his age 20 season, just like Horton.
