BA updated their list to 40 and ranked Angel Cepeda 36th. BA’s list is by bonus amounts so the Cubs will have the 11th, 20th and 36th biggest bonuses this class. Signing day is Sunday.
Rojas was a legit guy. I think he got a million. Yep, $1 million. I’ve been updating Cubs IFA signings over the years here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=308#p16166
seems to be a 24 based on this tweet, that still has the Cubs as favorites to sign him

Fwiw, I like the videos and reports on Nimmala more than McGonigle. I also like the swing and power potential of Aiden Miller. I’m biased but for non-baseball reasons, I would love Nimmala.
Currently, this Cubs comp pick would be 72nd overall (since the Angels, Cardinals and Padres have all forfeited their 2nd rounder for free agent signings). Obviously subject to change with additional QO-free agents signings.

The Cubs lost Chris Clarke in the major league portion of the Rule 5 Draft and so far, Bryan King in the minor league portion. They’ve added righty reliever Nick Burdi, LHP José Aquino (who has barely pitched outside the DR) and OF Jefferson Encarnacion in the minor league portion.
