  1. That's exactly who I had in mind while posting. Russell Wilson More alienating cornball than alienating prick I think.
  2. Aaron Rodgers.
  3. Lol suck it Zach Wilson
  4. Are you the 5 follower dude? I was gonna ignore based on a presumed suspicion of 5 follower accounts  Yeah, I don't really tweet or know people on Twitter. There is one real person following me, so I've got that going Followed. Are you actually in South Bend? My sister and Bro in law moved there about 3 years ago (both work at ND).
  5. I didn't realize this was your twitter handle, always thought it was an Eagles fan. But I get why you have Howie pictured. Good thread, I'm following now (along with raw) Are you the 5 follower dude? I was gonna ignore based on a presumed suspicion of 5 follower accounts
  6. Holy hell, how
  7. FWIW, the Rapoport report is much more positive re: Fields I think it would be a ridiculously shortsighted decision to play Fields on Sunday but whatever Seems like it would be, but I think balance has to be had in these situations that's often lost. Like you can't just hold out your best player if he wants to play and the medical diagnosis says the risk of further damage is limited. However it may require a different method of play to bring back down the designed runs amd assist the OLine even more.
  8. His injury is day to day but the Bears tank commitment is enduring.
  9. He's gonna make a couple nice vet anticipation throws and the Fields hater/racists are gonna be unbearable. They'll average like 12 points, but watch the D finally have a good game just to really make the idiots come out.
  10. I've mentioned a few times about the SoS hurting the Bears for draft positioning, but going to 8 in the L column definitely matters a lot. My Twitter thread on it:
  11. On my soccer watching friends recommendation I put down for +600 on a McKennie assist. Let's go. Officially a big soccer guy.
  12. Yea basically wanna see 2 OL, 3 DL, 1 LB and either a CB or WR as their big FA splashes. That's probably about the limit of what they can do with big additions. Obviously can do another half dozen min signings and a ton of futures contracts and small resignings. If they do that I think they can go for any value position in the draft or trade down too. They'll have covered most gaping holes, but will still have plenty of upgradable spots or spots open to competition.
  13. Getting the third pick definitely makes it easier. I was able to get multiple 1sts for next year along with 3 players in the first 33. I traded #3 for #5 (Seahawks iirc), but I couldn't say no to Will Anderson Yea I got that same trade from Seattle but Anderson was gone in mine. Went Young-Stroud-Anderson-Carter so I trade down again.
  14. Same. Don't get me wrong we desperately need to improve WR too but only so many resources available. I do like the idea of trading down and doing OT and WR in the 1st and then focusing on the DL in the 2nd round. I guess it all depends on how we handle FA. Is OL or DL particularly strong this year? Its of course still kind of early, but: He also posted his top 10 list last week which has a couple OL on it
  15. Jets are a possible win, especially if Fields suits up. An offense our D can actually hang with cuz Wilson is terrible. And there's a slight chance the Vikings are in rest mode week 18. 5 wins wouldn't shock me. They've been in most games this year. Unfortunately they're gonna lose almost every tie breaker for draff positioning, so even if you want to look at the bright side of draft positing it's still basically guaranteed to be worst case scenario. no way the Bears beat the Jets if they cant beat Detroit, Atlanta. And MN in rest mode would be a even test for this Bears team, and its in MN - so thats also a likely loss Both those games were toss ups basically. So if GB, DET, and NYJ are all toss ups also they'd have only a 12.5% of losing all three.
  16. Fully committing to mock draft szn. I don't watch too much NCAA ball so still need to learn more about the prospects. How'd I do?
  17. Yea, basically all their FA spending needs to be on the trenches. I think I'd even drop WR 3 from the major shopping list at this point to make sure they properly address the lines.
  18. Last year the Panthers, a 5 win team was slotted 6th in draft. With 2 likely and possibly 3 QBs high, 6th would be a spot for a good player. But not likely to be a spot where you can do the random trade down.

  20. If Fields is hurt, we get to see how bad this OLine is with Simian. And I forgot who the PS QB and had to look up and remind myself it's Nathan Peterman. Could be a couple glorious hate watch weeks of Fields is injured.
  21. Can't believe they went two designed runs there in that situation. Unfortunate to end it on the pick then. Sigh. Fields not being properly supported this year is still such a huge missed opportunity. Sit him for a couple weeks. Secure the tank and rest him until he's recovered.
  22. Do you trust Kupp will be back for the fantasy playoffs? I haven't read too closely into it because I don't own him but it was a high ankle sprain right? I really don't know, but if the guy bites on Curtis Samuel, he's my 4th WR and 3rd Flex at best. Yet I can sell him as a top 20 (non PPR) WR. Fingers crossed he bites. Worth the gamble for my team.
  23. Just offered Curtis Samuel for Kupp ans Ravens D. Lets see if he bites.
  24. This is inspring me to feel out for a Kupp trade in my league. The guy who has him has a stacked team, but due to injury (Jamar Chase and now Kupp) and bad matchup is 5-5 and probably needs help getting to the playoffs. Kupp can't be kept anymore in this league next year and I can throw him some fliers to help his playoff run and maybe give me a playoff boost.
  25. If the Rams start fading out of the playoff race there's no guarantee Kupp comes back this season. That alone would scare me off this one. Yep, definite risk. I think it might be different if he was a shoe in for the playoffs and was just going for high variance playoff results. But to use an analogy, this is like trying to save your closer for extra innings in a tie game only to watch your backup blow the lead and never get to extras. Gotta make the playoffs first.
