    My solution to you thinking that an at bat in a May game against the Padres while in first place by a landslide is somehow going to cause a seismic shift in what theo epstein's front office thinks about a player? I'm not sure. Of course the intelligent thing to do is evaluate the player over time, but individual moments do stick in the memory of people. And my point is this random ass mostly meaningless game would be a bad fit even for bad logic like that
