Sorry, but it's absurd to tell fans to calm down when their team is playing like crap at the end of the race. You are way off on your claim about the fear. MIL doesn't have to win every game and the Cubs don't have to lose every game. If they lose today, and MIL wins, all they need to do is play one game worse over the weekend, and they will have to play a play-in game, which the Cubs won't have anybody good to start, and they will screw up their chances in the playoffs anyway if they give the ball to Zambrano. The only reason not to worry is if you think it's next to impossible for the Cubs to lose this game and 2 of 3 to Cincy, and for MIL to take 3 of 4 against SD at home. I didn't say they have to play out that way. I said that people are just assuming Cubs games coming up on the schedule are losses and Brewers games coming up are losses. The Brewers..who have showed a propensity to blow big games all year... They have to play their games, too. And tougher games at that. "OHHHH the sky is falling." It's not impossible for them to blow it, but it's definitely improbable and I'm not going to complain at this point about the situation the Cubs find themselves in. If they blow it, they didn't deserve it. It's that simple.
