He was only 11/20 outside of 50 yards. seems to me that's not that bad... Jason Hanson, kicking in a dome for more than half his games, is 30/63 in his career outside of 50 yards. Jason Elam is 36/59 Vinatieri 8/18 Josh Brown 10/17 Ryan Longwell 13/24 John Kasay 33/65 So I really don't 11/20 is bad outside 50 yards, especially after going 17/19 from inside 50 the most recent year. That's my bad, the stats I lifted were actually for Nick Folk. Apparently his accuracy was pretty bad. From what I'm hearing though the thing that Crosby really struggled with was his kickoffs, to the point that scouts were thinking any team that took him would need to have a kickoff specialist. That's kind of surprising if true. EDIT: I also did a poor job of remembering the stats...Folk was 11/27 from outside of 40 yards.
