That list is not very inspiring. The bad news is that those guys won't get you much help. Of course, the good news is, this team doesn't need much help. I wonder how much the Cubs will "go for it". On one hand, this team is in the playoffs as is. They can use the minor leaguers to get the best reliever(s) they can find. On the other, the Giants are right on their heels for the top seed in the NL, meaning the Cubs could potentially have to go thru both the Giants and Nationals in the playoffs (as opposed to those 2 playing each other in the NLDS). If the Cubs really want to go for it, I could see them giving up Soler and/or Almora but I'm not sure what they'd even go for as they don't really need another starter. So, I don't see them going big at the deadline.
