  1. So am I crazy or does Williams remind anyone of.........Otto Porter Jr? Sent from my moto e5 supra using Tapatalk
  2. Klay Thompson tore his Achilles today apparently. Sent from my moto e5 supra using Tapatalk
  3. Sixers trading Al Horford to OKC for newly acquired Danny Green. Sixers also give up pick 34 tonight and a 2025 first rounder (yes, 5 years from now) to OKC.
  4. These "Anthony Edwards doesn't love basketball" comments are killing me. But the best things I have ever read...
  5. Lonzo and LaMelo would make very little sense together.
  6. I'm guessing fit with the current roster isn't as big of a concern for AK. Do you need a star wing in today's NBA? Yes, but a star Center is still plenty valuable and if you feel he'll reach that ceiling more likely than the other guys, I think you try and address the wing at a later date. I've not watched any of these guys though, so I'm pretty impartial as to what they do. Just glad it's not GarPax still in charge. Yeah, definitely fit with who's on the roster doesn't matter. My angle was more of building a team. If you trade up to #2 for someone, it should be someone you can build a team around. Wiseman's really good, but he's not a guy thats going to create his own shot. You gotta have guys that can create their own shots to build around. Best case, Wiseman's the 2nd coming of Embiid and you still need help on the wing and especially at PG with a guy that can create his own shot (and shots for Wiseman).
  7. Move up would have to be for Ball. Wiseman's probably my #2 prospect in the draft, but it doesn't make sense trading a big just to get a less experienced (albeit bigger) big. You also can't really build a team around a big anymore. And the #2 pick should be a building block. You build a team around the wing. Get the PG. Ball, White and LaVine could be a really good and dynamic backcourt. Carter's a good fit with those guys who doesn't need plays run for him to be effective.

    NFL Week 10

Not just for those teams, but for my fantasy teams as well. I had Josh Allen in one, and I was going against Hopkins in both. That play cost me wins in both leagues. Ugh. I lost by less than a quarter of a point to my Hopkins carrying opponent. All I needed was one more decent catch by ARob but then they tried that dumb horsefeathering screen pass and he lost yardage. Ouch.
  9. Just wait for the picks they get when Ingram and Zion inevitably want out of there! But seriously, they should be able to be a solid team for a long time with all those assets. Between NOLA and OKC, there aren't going to be many other teams on the clock for the foreseeable future.
  10. Fuller's cap hit is 20M next year, you can save a ton by restructuring/extending him. And it probably won't kill you in the future because he's playing at a high level. Hicks is more interesting. I don't think they can really afford to cut him because he means a lot to this defense, but do they really want to extend a guy that turned 31 last night? 12Mil cap hit, save 10.5 by cutting him. If you are stuck with Quinn, Mack and Trevathan contracts, you might as well give Hicks like a 3/36 deal and lower the cap hit to like 8 next year and an our after 2022. I also have the unpopular opinion that they shouldn't cut Leno. They simply can't afford to fix RG, RT and LT while maintaining any form of depth and the defense. I don't know how feasible a paycut is, but Leno has an 11Mil cap hit and would still have to pay him over 1/2 of that to go away. I'd dangle that I'd cut him for the cap space and see if he wants to gamble that he can get more than the 5Mil owed to him on the FA market and a starting spot. It worked with Reiff in Minnesota. Could even give him a non-guaranteed year as his deal is up after 2021 also.
  11. I'd keep the secondary intact, they are young and good. draft oline, find a taker for Smith, Hicks, and possibly Mack. Dump Travathian, Quinn. If you can draft the Lance, then try him. need a rb in the mid rounds, and a speed rusher, #1 wr next year Secondary isn't really that young. Skrine is 31. Gipson is 30 and a FA. Fuller will be 29 next year. And I don't know why the hell you'd trade Smith. This is his 3rd season and he's younger than all but 5 players on the team, and all 5 of them are rookies. He's a building block. Also, the big issue with blowing things up is that nobody wants Quinn and pay him 24Mil over the next 2 years guaranteed for his 1 sack of production. It would also cost the Bears more for him not to be on the team than it would to keep him. Also long shot that anyone wants a 30+ year old LB in Trevathan. I'm sure someone would take Mack, but you aren't getting anything near franchise changing for him. You're probably looking at a package similar to either of the Ngakoue trades (2nd/3rd and a 5th).

    NFL Week 10

Bridgewater ain't it, but he's solid enough. They've had a rough schedule to this point too. They aren't winning anything with him, but he does buy them time to get the guy they want. I could see them taking a 2nd/3rd tier QB on Day 2 of the draft and hoping to develop him or Walker. Then 2022 draft they can go get a guy if needed. I'd kill for Bridgewater on the Bears this year. LOL
  13. I really like the Bogdanovic move for the Bucks. That's underrated. I don't know what kind of depth they'll have at this point, but the starting 5 of: Holiday, Middleton, Bogdanovic, Giannis, Lopez is as good as there is in the league. I'm really liking the Suns roster too. I was sold on them as a playoff team after that bubble performance. Chris Paul will take them up a notch. I've heard their next move is PJ Tucker, which I think could make them the team most likely to go on a Nuggets like run next year.
  14. I wish... but somehow the Bears would horsefeathers that up too. I'm confused, what's supposes to be exciting about that combo? (also, I read and article that had Riddick gotten the NY job, he'd have hired McDaniels.) I just threw out Riddick because he was in the building. He's probably my 3rd choice for GM (behind Borgonzi, KC and Dodds, Colts). He's a former scout, ex player and has experience in an NFL front office. Also, a minority that deserves a shot. Joe Hortiz for the Ravens is also up there. Joe Brady is the en vogue name, a 31-year old OC and QB guru who's responsible for developing Joe Burrow and helping out with a fun offense in Carolina right now. I really doubt a guy like Bienemy chooses the Bears over Houston and Atlanta.
  15. 23 times in last 27 games the Bears have gone at least half the game without an offensive TD. 2nd half MIN.
  16. Call Louis Riddick over to the owners box and hand him the GM job right now. And then call Carolina and tell Joe Brady to work on his interview skills.
  17. Two weeks to get healthy and save the season, MItchell. LETS GOOOOOO!
  18. Terrible.
  19. 5.4 yards per carry w/ the Pats in a career high number of carries. It worked for them. Not much of a choice tonight
  20. Well this playcaller isn't any better. How do you not have a blitz beater built in? Your team can literally stop no blitz and their team can literally only get pressure when they blitz. Maybe that's on Nick for not checking out.
  21. checkdown and gimmick run of course coming out.
  22. I would run the hell out of the ball right here. Go playaction if you need to. No gimmick horsefeathers just downhill running which has worked somewhat this game.
  23. Ha. They benched the punt returner after 1 bad play after dealing with Ginn for weeks. Somebody's coaching like his job depends on a win.
  24. Can't believe the Bears lost to this MF in the playoffs. Hell, can't believe this dude beat the actual GOAT in the Superbowl. Throws like a bitch
  25. A TD this drive ends the game. Vikings not running well, down to score with Cousins throwing would be ideal. But no.
