Would you prefer to have the ability to change your lineup at will on a daily basis (favored by Bonds owners around the world) or should lineups be set weekly and only changed because of injury or other transaction?

Has anyone seen Jazz around lately? I've tried PM'ing and emailing and gotten no response. I'm trying to decide what to do with his team.

I wanted to reinforce this rule: In general, lineups have to be set weekly. Team managers do have the ability to change their lineup on a daily basis, but should only use this ability in the case of injury, trade or if one of their players gets promoted/demoted (in real life). Everyone is responsible for policing their own games for lineup changes!

Please use the minor leagues just for players that still qualify. Kerry Wood, Scott Hatteberg & Rich Aurilia are not minor leaguers!

Wow, I had no idea that RF was such a hard position to fill. There are damn few MLB RF's worth a hoot. It's easier to find a CF with good production.

There are three teams that currently have illegal rosters. Please make them legal by end of day Tuesday.

This is just for the keeper status - I mean that players who are not yet using their three exempt years have to be put on the minor league roster during the offseason. I am trying to prevent someone from loading up their team with prospects heading into the offseason since there are no limits on how many players can be kept on the major league roster (only points).

Where I go to do this Tim? I'm a proud premium subscriber and was just wondering where I could go to do such a thing...(or if I could make Goony's sig appear on all posts :D ) I just did it and it's worth it. Pages load much faster too. The only time I turn the images & avatars back on these days is when I get to spend the rare browsing time at home on broadband during the weekends (in those moments when the kids aren't tackling me). During the week I'm on the road full-time these days and I'm either seeking to be covert at the customer site or on slow hotel connections. Discretion and speed are two great advantages of turning the images off. -

A couple of our top-10 prospects fit a similar profile, unfortunately. Hopefully, they will make the adjustment better than Borchard. -
This was my biggest concern with the tournament's setup as well. Baseball isn't well-suited to single game matchups; there's a reason why baseball plays 2-10 times as many games per season than any other sport. If the intent of the tournament is to compare each country's level of play then the format should be changed to better gauge that. Larger pools for pool play, 3-5 game series for the semis/finals, etc. Otherwise the tournament is more or less just an exhibition. A highly entertaining exhibition that I've enjoyed very much, mind you, but it really doesn't tell you a whole lot about what country has the best players. Basketball isn't much -- if at all -- more suited to single game match ups, but I don't view the NCAA tournament as an exhibition. It's just a different animal compared to the NBA playoffs, and I enjoy both formats as a basketball fan. The best baseball teams win about 60% of the time and the worst teams still win almost 40% of the time. In basketball, the best teams win more than 70% of their games and the worst teams don't crack 30%. It takes more games to reach a 90-95% confidence level of having the best baseball teams win than it does in basketball.

Just currious where the spite comes from? Also Ive really enjoyed the debate concerning Hendry's job as the GM, pretty interesting stuff you guys have thrown back and forth. I agree with most of what UK has been saying but I have seen great points made by both sides. Supposedly Colletti and Johnny B. don't get along very well. -

And I released him after you traded him to me along with Burnett and Cordero (I did trade for Pedro Martinez after our trade, however).That was Kyle Davies...who is also having a nice spring.
