    I want Javy to jump into the midlle of the KB/Rizzo hug. its too late for that Addy and Javy do their own now at the same time Bryzzo does theirs, which is what Brian was getting at I think.

    Ive been coming here since late 2003. Fred was one of the best parts of this board. I will really miss him, his stats, and his insightful quips. I didn't know him personally but it feels like a family member just died. I will miss his insight and optimism.

    if rizzo were zach and belding were theo, we could call the red sox JFK junior high and francona miss bliss theo as mr belding is a huge reach, though. Ricketts is obviously Belding. Theo is Beldings cool brother.

    I'll be happy if he cracks 100 again in this run environment, but I sure miss the days of 130 RBI's being the norm for good hitters. I think that was the exact reason 2005 Derrek Lee didnt win the MVP.

    saw over on the Rockies site that they are trying to gauge value of all their outfielders. How much do you think it would take to get Blackmon? It would totally be another rental though because hes FA after this year I believe.

    Will definitely miss Starlin. He was a pretty good player for a really terrible team for a while, and I wish him nothing but the best in New York.

    my Mom is a huge Carp fan and she is really sad by this posting. I think her whole family would like nothing more then to see the Carp win the Japan Series, but after the Cubs resurgence last year and when we got Fukudome shes been a pretty big Cub fan. Nothing would alleviate the pain my family in Japan would feel more then to see him in blue pinstripes. Get it done Theo!

    He looks like an extra from the set of Deliverance, or one of Patrick Swayze's relatives in Next of Kin. If the universe made any sense, he'd have played his entire career in a Cardinal uniform. lol, nice one. I thought he kinda looked like the guy who played Tony Alva in "Lords of Dogtown".

Zimmermann is durable, is potentially due for a bounceback year and would give the Cubs a strong rotation alignment from A(rrieta) to Z(immermann), with an L(ester) in between. He's also from suburban Chicago (otherwise known as Wisconsin)." on Cubs.com they are talking about an A.J. Pollock trade for Castro and Soler... Interesting idea, but I am not sure the Diamondbacks would even touch that deal.

I am thinking about benching TY Hilton vs the Broncos D... starting Lewis at RB, Diggs at WR, and Langford at Flex. what do you guys think?

    Denard Span seems really attractive to me. I know he was injured last year. Are the nats bringing him back for sure? Or was his injury really bad last year?
