    I know its not what you were asking, but he only has 2 singles today. Oh, I thought one of them was a double, and I wrote that after he ripped the foul deep into the stands a dempster triple would have to be something weird He took second on the throw home after his RBI single. A Dempster triple would have to be punctuated with a head first dive into third.

    They Cubs have not had a hit on a 3-0 pitch since last year. That's what I thought he said. It sounded so ridiculous that I thought I heard it wrong. 3-0 green lights aren't all that common, and even then not swung on even less often
