Which game is rained out? :D Huh? They have a 10 game homestand no? If they do go 10-0, they still don't really make up enough ground unless STL and/or COL go 4-5 during the same stretch of games. Yeah, I'm an idiot. -
Which game is rained out? :D Huh? They have a 10 game homestand no? If they do go 10-0, they still don't really make up enough ground unless STL and/or COL go 4-5 during the same stretch of games. We don't need that kind of collapse if they play that out of their minds. Catching the Cardinals basically requires a sweep of them in that 3 game set. So, the Cubs need to make up 5 games somewhere else. Making up all 5 of those in one stretch isn't really necessary. That 3 game stretch ain't gonna get it done. Which is why they have to make up 5 more games, though all 5 are not needed in the next ten games.

Baseball instincts. He's stealing 2nd base. He has no idea that the ball got away from the catcher. I don't understand how you can fault him for this. It wasn't a hit and run, so he wasn't looking in to see the pitch. Agreed completely.

Is there a see through fence or is it really completely open? Seriously? It's not beyond the realm of implausibility to think the netting could go from the ground up and there's no fence. As posed though netting/fence meant the same thing. AS indicated by " or is it really completely open?"
