    Definitely. Two guaranteed top-15 teams, and I don't know what the rest of that weeks schedule looks like, but it might be appealing for College Gameday as well.

    I couldn't find a specific date for this year, but last year they went on sale in mid-June. Thnanks man, I looked all over and couldnt find a date either. I wonder how hot of a ticket this will be. Sell out or no? About 20 guys from my work are planning on trying to go. I'm thinking we could get a sellout. Season opener, both teams should be Top 15, not a far drive. I'm really looking forward to it, last year was a great atmosphere and if it's sold out this year it'd be nuts. It doesn't sell out every year? Last year was the first time I've been to the game. I don't know what it was like from 01-04 or whenever they previously had it, but last year there were like 62300ish there and the dome holds around 66000.

    agreed. The gray Cuba script is one of my favorites! I have a blue Cuba script jersey and would love to have a gray one. Seriously, if I could find a gray Cuba script in XXL I would snatch it up in a second. I loved those.

    Demps' 2006 and 2007 esp. left much to be desired. And IMO, closers are closers because (1) they don't have the talent that starters do, or (2) they have the "stuff", but not the endurance. Dempster is borderline candidate at best for the closing spot, and IMO has no business in a starting rotation unless there is a dire emergency (e.g., the Wood-Prior debacle that the team endured for two years). oh, I'm definitely not saying he should be anywhere near the rotation, but I don't think it's fair to say that Dempster "blew" as a closer.

    Please let us stay within 40 on Saturday night. We've had really good teams lose in COlumbia before. It could happen this year, especially if you play like you did against Texas and we come out flat. If you press us, though, we'll chew you up. Anderson needs to keep it slow against us. We'll have to shoot completely out of our minds again, like we did against Texas. I don't know if this team knows how to keep it slow. I hope its somewhat close though, so I don't feel the need to turn it off at halftime (I don't have a ticket, but I think that'll work out ok for me)

    OH insiders just verified this rumor and confirmed it with at least two sources. Sounds like its a done deal. I hope you are joking. They've "confirmed it with their sources" about 100 times since this rumor began back in 1959.
