    Could be overcompensating with the shoulder. I don't think he looked to be in too much pain, was more taking a precaution when he felt a twinge, but just cause it wasn't the elbow doesn't mean it's not an after effect of TJS. Was it the shoulder he hurt with Toronto? I thought I remember it was. Dumb baserunning by Edmonds but I'll take the extra run.

    Yeah if it's only 12-13 months since the TJS then that's much sooner than many others have come back.

    You know, I gotta tell ya. LaRussa's been playing this dangerous game all year long. Pitching wellemeyer when he says he can't even straighten his arm all the way, then pitching Carp after only two rehab starts. I feel bad if it's serious for Carp. When does LaRussa get called on the carpet for this though? That's irresponsible.
