I don't know, you can spin this a number of ways. But he's got a team whose will is, let's see, perhaps not the strongest. And then he goes out and makes a litany of excuses for their [expletive] play. Nevermind Edler (I think) intentionally smashing Bolland's head into the glass, or Torres not getting suspended. Anyway, if things go south early tonight for them, don't you think it will be in the sisters' heads that their GM blamed the refs, and this isn't their fault? I think that's true. There's another side to it, a possible backlash when you do something like what he just did. I definitely think if the Hawks score early it's going to be hard for the Canucks to avoid collapsing like a house of cards. There's so much pressure on them right now, and frankly they've responded to pressure terribly over the past couple seasons.
