He also had a big part in drafting/trading for most of those QBs. I think he has potential to learn from any mistakes he might have made the first time around. He did do a decent job when he first arrived in Zona. Kind of fell apart from there, but there's some kind of success that you can point to.

I guess I can agree on Roethlisberger, although I don't know what he actually learned from his coaches other than staying alive until coverage breaks down. Warner, Rivers -- Whisenhunt just took over already developed QBs. He didn't really do much. I think he's a better idea than most of Detroit's coaching hires, though. He did put together 2 playoff seasons using a veteran QB in Arizona. He'd be expected to do essentially the same thing in Detroit, with what seems like a similar formula.

Nah, it's the opposite. None of his 2.5 mill is dead money. He makes perfect sense to cut. If that's the case then you pretty much have to cut him. Hence, no invite to work out w/ BMarsh.

Apparently. There's nothing OK about settling for a FG with the Colts scoring TDs on every drive, getting every bounce.
