  1. That’s it. CLE is done. Up 2-0 and considered a powerhouse, they blow 3 games and are DONE.
  2. Oh boy. Silence in CLE
  3. If weather channel is accurate it sure looks like a rainout. Starts up right before gametime and doesn't stop the rest of the day.
  4. Flags suck. League has a huge problem. Not fun to watch games decided by yellow banners at the bottom of the screen. Fix this.
  5. National Flag League. Baseball rules.
  6. God I’m so sick of watching for flags instead of watching football
  7. Of course. There’s this vaunted running game but to hell with it.
  8. It was right there, yes
  9. Bears fans: let’s see some more Mitch. Rest of the country: show me that Star Wars trailer and I’m out
  10. I like QBs that just go down.
  11. Again, why take focus off the running game? It’s his first game
  12. Honestly I’d like to see a little more Howard/ Cohen now. Spread on 3rd and 3 seemed indulgent.
  13. I’m so used to QBs making great escapes it’s almost refreshing to see Bradford just give up and go down.
  14. It appears Fox deliberately created so much confusion that a penalty happened, in order to justify a punt.
  15. Bradford http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20960891/sam-bradford-minnesota-vikings-expected-return-monday-vs-chicago-bears
  16. Didn't he kneel with them?
  17. It certainly looks like Beckham just blew out his ankle. Pretty much the entire Giants WR corp is gone.
  18. Yep. That call against Ohio State was dumb, but they upheld a call in the PSU vs NU game where replay showed that the helmets barely grazed each other. None of these refs know what this rule is supposed to be Yeah I saw both. The OSU hit was simply a hard tackle, shoulder to the chest. It looked exactly like what players are taught to do technique wise, just a really hard hit. I guess I could see the NU one but heck, it’s an effective block right at the heart of the play and like you said the helmets barely touched. Upholding these on review just tells me that the refs have been instructed to eject players if the hit is hard, not if it’s really a defenseless player. What else could it be; every hit is a “target”
  19. The targeting rule appears to be a rule against hitting too hard.
  20. He was out on the pitch before he was actually out.
