  1. Caldwell was one of the last ones left I wanted the Titans to take. Maybe they'll take Keenan Burton or Marcus Monk, I guess. Darius Reynaud would be nice for his speed later, or even Mario Urrutia for that ridiculous size.
  2. With Brady, they can take a project QB. I heard a lot of scouts were high on this kid. Yeah, I thought it was a good move. Giants take a chance on Manningham. Decent choice.
  3. Pats take Kevin O'Connell, QB out of SDSU Must be giving up on Brady.
  4. Colts grab Phillip Wheeler. Good pick, he's a solid linebacker.
  5. Darius Walker right? Eh? I am talking baout the Texans' RB's. He's right. Walker is a Texan. Oh, my bust. I wonder if this means that Green is getting cut on June 1. Possible. Though Walker wasn't good enough to be the feature back and neither is Slaton, in my opinion. They may keep Green and go with RB by committee.
  6. You may be right that they were targeting him, but the Lions just grabbed him.

  8. Dallas trades their pick to the Lions
  9. Isn't Ron Dayne still there? Or did he go somewhere else?
  10. If they can get him the ball in space, he may work out. At this stage, teams are always willing to take a risk for speed. Yea, it's not necessarily a bad pick. I just don't see any real upside to him, except that he's fast. Very one-dimensional.
  11. There went Slaton to the Texans. Too high in my opinion. He has nothing but speed.
  12. Actually, surprisingly, Bruce Davis, DE from UCLA.
  13. Yea, we need to give Vince more weapons so we draft a great blocking, poor receiving tight end. Perfect. Raisin or any other West Coast fans know if I'm being too harsh? From what I can tell Stevens is a great blocker and fast, but not very good at catching the ball.
  14. I care...isn't that enough? well, they have Jeff Fisher, and for Bear fans, that is some endearment Exactly. Bear fans should be secondary Titan fans. It only makes sense. dont press your luck buddy..... Worth a try.

  16. What do you know about Pollak? It's a good bet he's good since Colt management likes him, but I know next to nothing about him. Well, let's see. He's a natural leader on the field, which is essential to be the center for the Colts. He is really good at getting to the second level and is pretty agile, which means he's going to do well for the stretch play. He's more of a pass blocker than a run blocker, also a Colts trait. His great intelligence is the thing said over and over again though, and that is probably what led the Colts to pick him. Sounds like a typical Colt player. Almost as prototypical as Brian Witherspoon, eh? :D

  19. you didn't take into account tennessee's running back fetish It's strangely similar to Wayne Krivsky's relief pitcher fetish...
  20. I just wish the Titans could actually draft. Paul Williams - who has yet to play an NFL snap - in the third round last year and, after taking a running back each of the last two years in the top two rounds, why not take yet another freaking running back this year? :banghead:
  21. I actually don't mind Jason Jones all that much. He can be a solid defensive tackle and we really need some depth there. He's yet another guy with a lot of potential, but will need time to develop. He's not all that exciting because of the bust potential, but at least he fills some type of a need.
  22. No, I suspect they had Johnson targeted from day one. He's fast and he's incredibly redundant...that's exactly what Reinfeldt likes apparently.
  23. We have found a stud. His name is LenDale White and he was taken two running backs ago. Henry was a reach, but ok - Johnson is the perfect example of overkill.
  24. Honestly, it was very obvious they were going to royally blow that one. LenDale White and Chris Henry are probably our best playmakers - WHY TAKE ONE AT THE SAME POSITION AS YOUR BEST PLAYMAKERS? How in the sweet world does that help your offense more than taking a player at a POSITION OF NEED? this was a horrible, horrible pick with all those receivers still there.
  25. I hate the Titans. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible pick. I am pissed.
