In all honesty, bad teams don't put as many guys on base as we do. We just gotta breakthrough and get them in. The fact that we don't makes it all the more frustrating, but as long as we keep getting guys on base every inning, we will win more games than we lose. I completely agree. The base runners are a good sign that we're slowly improving. It's just a matter of driving them in now.

I doubt it. He hasn't been hit hard - he's just surrendered a couple of homers on bad pitches. Regardless, he has given up a bunch of homers this year. He gave up 11 last year in 140+ IP, and this year has 13 in 60+ IP. Ah, sorry, thought you just meant today.

Hopefully his bat comes around soon so that Lou has no excuse to play Freel at 3B on a regular basis Hopefully he does. I think over the course of Aramis' absence Fox will be the better player if he can keep this defense up. Porcello out, Nate Robertson in.
