  1. Colts are due to lose. If it doesn't come this weekend at Houston -- I still suspect it will -- it could be against Tennessee. The Colts take divisional games very seriously, though, so I wouldn't expect a complacency issue. Yeah, I just don't see the Titan secondary containing Peyton and the Colts well at all. They struggled with the Texans and the Colts are a better version of Houston right now.
  2. Chris Johnson is on pace for almost 2000 yards. He'll have to have another huge game or two (close to 200 yards huge) to reach it, but it's certainly possible. He promised all his offensive linemen new cars if he reaches 2,000.
  3. In the rest of the Titans' schedule, there are a few tough games, but only the Colts seem very difficult to win. The tough ones are all at home - v Arizona, v Miami and v San Diego. Other than those, we have v St Louis and @ Seattle. 8-9 wins is very realistic, 10 is possible.
  4. I don't think we can beat the Colts, but at 4-6, thinking about playoffs is seeming less far fetched with each game.
  5. WIDE LEFT!!!!! WE WON!!!!
  6. Can't play that far off the receivers.
  7. Prevent defense . . .
  8. Defense has to be strong here.
  9. Wow, I love Vince.
  10. Wow, I love Vince.
  11. That's all he can ask for. That missed FG is looking huge right now, and the Titans almost had 3 int's this quarter. Instead they have had poor field position. Yeah, we've missed some great opportunities. Still have a shot to win it, though. I agree with that decision.
  12. Root for Chris Johnson. He's the man.
  13. That is a huge drop by Slaton. Vince has a chance to win it here.
  14. He's looked real good. I'm impressed with the how they have used him too. It's really looked like a college qb in a college game when he's run, very easy for him He's always wanted to be a pocket passer, but he's always been very good at knowing where to run. That and he's always thrown a better ball on the run. Plus he freezes the D when he is outside the pocket. Yeah, he's definitely better out of the pocket than in it.
  15. Not so obvious live, rarely called, didn't cause him to fall down. Though they still should have caled it. I think it did cause him to fall, but it wasn't obvious at all live.

  17. He's looked real good. I'm impressed with the how they have used him too. Yeah, they've always had a good gameplan with him in the game. I love the option and zone read plays.
  18. Huge stop there. Hopefully Vince isn't hurt badly.
  19. We needed points there.
  20. Not sure of his ancestry, but Finnegan sounds Irish to me. One of the Titans' 7th round steals.
  21. Good defensive stand there. This has been a great game so far.
  22. Great touchdown drive by the Titans. Vince is looking really good so far.
  23. Yeah, completely different and much better from every time I saw him as a rookie I strongly believed he just needed some time to develop. He didn't get that at first, but it appears to have helped him. I'd be ok with Cutler spending the offseason in a mental institution if it produced these results Mike Heimerdinger is a very underrated offensive mind as well. He was part of the reason the Titans became a largely passing team in the second half of McNair's career and he's worked closely with Vince the past couple of years.
  24. Facing a good passing team for the first time on this hot streak and our passing defense is bad again. Crap. Rod Hood should be starting opposite Cortland Finnegan.
