Is Schwarber a little further away from the plate than before he was injured? I saw the live look in on cubs.com at his last AB (also a K), and he seemed a little away from it.

Can't hit worth a damn, can't pick off runners. The first one makes sense, him having been in the AL all his previous career; but a left hander really should have a good move to first. EDIT: Holy [expletive]! A real Lester hit!

Lovitz's voice reminds me of a drag queen. It would be so cool if they just picked a random person from the crowd to come up and sing, rather than some washed up celeb.

Nope, after a stint in Tent City and some probation, he became the (was it?) D'Backs A-ball hitting coach. Starting from the bottom. Could actually redeem himself, if he decides not to be a douchebag again.

Sure wish Cubs fielding was tighter up the middle.

Only way Lester gets on base I think is if he leans in (scary) or later as a pinch runner in games he's not on the mound.
