    This is why I hate this team. Antione Walker and Gary Payton. All those two is complain all game. I can't stand teams like that. I would have been fine losing to last years Heat team. But this team just pisses me off. I hope they get humiliated in the next round or round after that. Antoine Walker got in Skiles face and called him a whiner today. Its so ironic. I hope both Antoine and Payton never get a ring. I doubt they will.

    This is getting painful to watch. The Bulls are missing layups, bobbling loose balls, missing free throws.

    Am I the only one who thinks he could be done for the season but Skiles and the Bulls don't want the Heat or the rest of our team to know that? I wouldn't be surprised, but I didn't see the injury. It looked really bad. He looked to be in a lot of pain and was carried off the court by Luke and a trainer. I don't remember it looking so horrible, but it was Tyson's reaction that kind of scared me. He looked to be in terrible pain and had to be carried off the court. As I thought about the Dusty/Barrett thing, it did cross my mind that he's more hurt than the Bulls are letting on. But I really hope he comes back.

    I really don't understand it either. Pujols has overtaken Bonds as the best hitter in baseball. Lee is great, but there's no question who's better. And Lee's defense doesn't make up the difference.

    From the AP on the trib website. I'm sorry, but as a Cub fan, I find it unacceptable. I hope the Trib sells the team. The White Sox have a higher payroll than the Cubs?     I'm not saying I'd do the deal. I really like Murton, and I'd just hate to part with him. And I'm not saying I believe the rumor. But is the deal really as absurd as people are making it out to be? Guzman has never been healthy, Murton is essentially a rookie, and Rich Hill is unproven. Carlos Lee has power and is capable of putting up a decent average and OBP.

    In my mind, it's not just Mariotti. You can put in hundreds of members of the media, and you can throw in congress as well.

    I agree, although I know they're not going anywhere in the playoffs. The chances of the ping pong balls giving them a top 3 are miniscule from that position.

    I'll be enjoying the free week, as I am moving across the country in a couple of months and won't invest the $150 this year. I hope they have WGN in NoCal because then I'll be able to get every game with extra innings!

    Mitre is no Willis. He has had ample time in the majors for the Cubs to know he is no star. He had some good starts with us also. I wish him the best, but don't worry about it. He's just not that good.

    A truly great home run that had me screaming and jumping up and down when it occured. But it now reminds me of the amazing John Starks dunk on the Bulls in the playoffs that one year. Because the end result of the series was a big fat L.

    Boy, Shelden Williams and JJ Redick both dropped themselves a few spots in the draft. Even though Williams had a decent game, they both showed me that they are going to be manhandled in the NBA. Athleticism is severely lacking. I can't see either as a potential NBA star.

    Oh please please please. Sell the team. As Cub fans, we should all complain about the Trib being tightwads. The more pressure they feel to spend money, the more likely they are to sell.

    Per Sportcenter, the US has a "remote" chance of advancing with a loss to Mexico. Stay tuned for details. If the US loses to Mexico, they just don't deserve it. And how impressive has Korea been? Wow. Undefeated. Very impressive.

    I know Korea isn't going to throw this game, but what's their incentive? If they win, they get to face the US in an elimination game. And it goes without saying that Japan wants to win bad. I don't know. Of course, there goes ESPN not showing an important game. I've got like 300 channels, and no deportes. Even in one of the spanish speaking capitals of the world. NYC.

    I'm really excited about the position the Bulls are in, but its a shame that this is supposed to be one of the weaker drafts in memory. Let's hope they end up with better than Jamal Crawford and Marcus Fizer at the end of the summer. I see trades coming.

    He was right. And unless someone had ESP, the Cubs probably knew about this issue for a while. I just wish that the team would stop BSing us and be straight with us. Chalk one up for the credibility of Will Carroll, and put another mark through the credibility of the Cubs front office.
