  1. I'm back to my pathetic existence, but I have to say, I'm still enjoying this.
  2. So how many rings does LeBron get? Still 3.5?
  3. Well, the Bulls certainly had no shot against the Mavs anyways.
  4. LeBron is deferring the Chalmers.
  5. Horrible. Its like watching a train wreck.
  6. Barea has balls of steel.
  7. LeChoke. He's going to hear that a lot if they lose.
  8. LeBron is a facilitator. He's trying to facilitate Juwan Howard's game.
  9. LBJ made 4 shots in the beginning, and now he's playing with zero confidence. He passed the ball when he was single teamed 17 feet out with a huge driving lane.
  10. Dirk is shooting horribly. But you keep expecting his shots to go in.
  11. Dirk needs to start playing
  12. DeShawn deserves a technical. Chalmers might deserve worse.
  13. Miami's defense is scary all the sudden.
  14. The Mavs have some killer shooters.
  15. What if the Celtics or the Mavericks planted the rumors? It's the best way to stop LeBron. See, you are implying that LeBron is not playing well because of these rumors. That's exactly why LeBron and Co. would have the incentive to plant them. Any excuse for his recent sad performances. Remember Stephen A Smith broke the big 3 to the Heat weeks before it was official. I doubt that guy doesn't communicate with LeBron and co. And would that guy actually want to piss off LeBron and Maverick Carter by spreading a personal rumor like that.
  16. That's depressing. I remember when Noah was in college like it was yesterday.
  17. I'm all for keeping Wrigley. But if a new park wins them a WS, I wouldn't care if Wrigley burned down. He has a point that they could be making a ton more money in another park.
  18. I started reading the thread before I saw the original date and thought: This dude Hawk really isn't drunk. He just smoked some crack.
  19. I'd give up Deng before Noah. Noah plays a much more valuable position, and has more upside. Deng is as good as he's going to get, he's older, and makes more money. His offense is very average. He has value shooting the 3, but he's not a good finisher and is a poor ball hander. He can be replaced easier than Noah, in my opinion.
  20. The latest LeBron rumor is that Rashard Lewis is sleeping with his girlfriend. http://blogs.miaminewtimes.com/riptide/2011/06/those_dirty_lebron_james_and_r.php How funny would it be if LeBron and his posse actually planted the initial rumor with Stephen A Smith and now its blowing up in their faces.
  21. OK. I could see it as mocking the media rather than mocking Dirk. Fair enough.
  22. You stay classy Miami This coming from 2 guys who pride themselves in drawing fouls on imaginary contact. Are they trying to imply Dirk was faking it? Let's see what other excuses Maverick Carter aka Stephen A Smith or Chris Broussard come up with for LeBron's finals. So he's been dealing with horrible personal issues. What's next? He decided to adopt some orphan children and one of them needs a heart transplant. Or maybe JayZ can rap some excuses for LeBron.
  23. Of course I appreciate Deng. He's a solid player. But mainly for his defense and his other intangibles. In terms of offense, he's not a good ball handler, gets stripped or blocked an awful lot. When Rose is double or triple teamed, Deng is not the guy to make the other team pay. I remember when he was untouchable in a trade for Kobe, and then he went to please take him for free. I think he's in between. To me, he's expendable.
