He's staying on as advisor and trainer until the end of his current contract so I'm guessing he gets paid the same salary but the Yankees won't have to pay him to get to 700 HRs He's getting all of his contract for this year and next. And he's free to sign with anyone he wants next season. (Assuming anyone would even want him). -
People must be watching the Olympics instead I guess.
