    The Japanese are really scrappy and quick. Their guys are cutting balls off in the OF incredibly well, in my opinion. Did Hideki Matsui decline an invitation, out of curiosity?

    Lee was swinging at a lot of Uehara's low stuff and fouling it off. That pitch didn't break like the others and was perfectly placed.

    Box Score Ouch, looks like Hill had a bad day. Kinda sucks that you can't see which players combined for eight walks on the Cubs, though.

    You know he's doing this to "prove" that he's not on steroids. The Olympic-level drug testing that comes with the WBC would likely come down upon him. Considering he probably hasn't done steroids since his mysterious knee injury popped up, he likely would test negative.
