Decent, perhaps. The major obstacle to that at this point is that he's likely 9th in the pecking order for a starter this year, behind the current rotation and Lieber, Marshall and Gallagher. Basically, I don't see it happening this year, barring some huge transactions involving 3 of the guys above him. I think Hart's best suited for the bullpen. He has one true plus pitch along with some so-so other pitches. He could be a decent back end of the rotation guy down the line, but I think he's better suited to relief work at the moment.
