That period will come around Mid-June or so. Hopefully by then the Cubs offense will be back on track. -
Reynolds grounds out to Ramirez. 3 out. Nice inning.

Upton with a hotshot grounder which Theriot fields beautifully and throws him out. 2 out.

Theriot hits a nice ball into RF. Soriano's running all the way. Upton bobbles the ball. Quade throws up the stop sign and Soriano ran right through it. Upton throws the ball home before Soriano gets there. Soriano slides head-first and it looks like Snyder dropped the ball or Soriano knocked the ball out of Snyder's hands. Uuummm, no. Upton threw to 2nd and when Sori saw him do that he took off for home. Ojeda threw home and Sori knocked the ball out of Snyder's glove as he slid, making him safe. Ahhhhhhhhhh, I missed the relay. I thought Upton threw it straight home.

It can go either way... I think even tho Snyder drops it....it was gonna be close From the replay, it looks like Soriano knocked the ball out of Snyder's mitt on the slide.

His changeup and slider have been decent today. He's doing a decent job keeping everyone off-balance. Um...wow.

Scherzer's pickoff move is rather mediocre. He's pretty slow to 1st. Should make life on the basepaths interesting today.
