Yep. They've had a ton of trouble with Iowa over the past few years (especially at Iowa), but after a vaguely promising start, the in-conference play has just been abysmal.

Yeah, it's just that I have a hard time seeing Hill get outrighted to the minors and not have a team pick him up. He seems like such an ideal candidate for a change of scenery that I have trouble seeing teams like the Royals and Pirates not take a flyer on him. The guy has a boatload of talent and no obvious injury issues, plus he's already put up a good season in the majors. I just have a hard time seeing how someone like him doesn't end up on a major league roster somewhere. -

Unless I'm mistaken, Rich Hill's options are up and he has to be on the 25 man roster next season. -
