    The wind effect has been negligible the last 2 nights. There was only like 2-3 games this home stand where the wind was a significant factor against the hitters. They are just struggling right now. They will get it together before next week It's concerning that the offense sucked the first 3 months with the wind blowing in, got hot with the wind blowing out, and is struggling again with the wind blowing in. Show your work. Because I recall about 5 games with the wind blowing out.

    This has to be the first inter league game where both teams have already clinched playoff spots thus having a legit shot at being a WS preview There are interleague matchups everyday now so I bet in the last few years there have been a couple.

    I'm the first in line to rip on umpires but that was handled ok in my book. 3rd batter hit after yesterday's shenanigans even though it wasn't on purpose I get it. An ump show would've been ripping the mask off and theatrically throwing him out and the cards would've got themselves a case of the redass if that happened.
