They suck right now and hell they might suck all year but the "lost season" comments still horsefeathering irk me for some reason. They're a week and a half of good baseball from being back in first. Hopefully over the all star break the herd of fans thins some more, because I can't imagine thinking a season is over and continuing to watch while annoying everyone else around me.

Oh please. It's called adaptation. You try to be able to adapt to any situation. And those guys have had plenty of success in their careers when they don't hit high fly balls. John Jay realized that he needed to homer there and boom, adaption - game tied. Not a team guy. Should've taken a single and let Bryant drive a guy in too.
