  1. How horsefeathering drunk is Belushi
  2. You have to go all the way back to….September 1, 2021 against the Twins. Steele pitched 5 shutout innings and Alzolay pitched the remaining 4 to complete the shutout. Sorry to kill the fun lol
  3. They should retaliate by hitting the Brewers' best hitter. Based on the first two games here, it looks like that is still Ryan Braun. Post of the year, thus far. lol that was a roller coaster
  4. At some point we’re gonna have to charge the mound against the Brewers. 4 HBP already in this series continuing a trend from last year
  5. Run scored without putting the ball in play, love it. Now put the ball in play and really make it hurt
  6. I really don’t think the Bulls are just coasting because they’re locked into a playoff seed. They’ve been getting their brains beat in since February. 6-16 I think since the break. Part of that is the schedule but a legit good team would be beating good teams occasionally. KC tweeted that the Bulls Net Rating since February 25th is -8.2 which is 28th in the NBA. Believe that number is opponent adjusted too (I think?) meaning the Bulls have been the 3rd worst team in the NBA over the last 6+ weeks.
  7. lmao this is a legit disaster. Normally I’d say the team is coasting to the playoffs whatever but given their recent play you’d think if this team has any heart they would come out and get a confidence building win
  8. its times like this - and only times like this - where i wish Hawk wasn't retired
  9. Is this a scheduled tweet that goes out every 6 weeks? Not to make light of the injury which really sucks but I'm having deja vu
  10. I hope it doesn’t rain at all during the game today so Brewers fans bitch even more
  11. Beating the Brewers is fun. Also Yelich does not scare me at all anyone
  12. Shots fired Jed
  13. Who is even the closer for the Cubs? I have no idea Edit: Robertson? Forgot we signed him
  14. Brewers fans are probably thinking 'wait the Cubs hitters aren't just going to meekly strike themselves out in the final innings of the game'?
  15. Ian Happ + Opening games of seasons/playoff series = awesome
  16. I have no idea if the offense will be good but its nice to see some different approaches. This inning probably would have been K, K, popup or something in the last few years
  17. Thoughts watching that play: Sweet, 2 outs. We might get out of this jam. Oh wow they are trying to tag, what idiots. Wait why is the runner past the throw?
  18. ahh yes early season Cubs pen. Hopefully it doesn't take them too long to optimize it
  19. What a bizarre story that ties all the Offseason storylines across the league together https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/04/07/tom-brady-was-very-close-to-officially-joining-the-dolphins-initially-as-an-owner/
