    I turned on SC last night, and was right in the middle of the footage of that press conference. I thought someone died or something. Then I find out it was just for pulling a guy? Ugh. Wow, so did I. I was like WTH?

    So Lee is hoping to be back by the second week of June, and appeal hearings are usually done on offdays since the player usually has to appeal in NY. Then 1-2 days until an appeal decision is made. So hopefully he can delay this process enough to get Lee back in the lineup.

    Meh, using the pitcher/position player argument I guess is a valid criticism, but I'm still not sold that 10 games isn't fair. Even Barrett admitted that he was out of line.

    Can I mention that even though the All Star break begins after that schedule you listed, after the ASB it doesn't start much better. vs. NYM, vs. Hou, FINALLY an easier series at Was, then at NYM, vs. STL, vs. ARZ. It won't get easy again for a loooong time.

    Since this is the quote thread, Ron Santo hinted at wanted a coaching change (IMO based on his tone and the way he said it), when he said "The Cubs will head home to play Atlanta, and umm....hopefully with some changes to me made before then."
