  1. A game of inches.
  2. Holy crap that sucked Colston choking.
  3. Katrina karma won that toss
  4. That missed tackle might make the saints miss the super bowl.
  5. I want 2 weeks of fellatio....but not from Favre
  6. If the Saints can force 4 tos with 2 in the red zone and still lose they deserve it. Way too many short drives for a team of their caliber. In fact the reason they are even in the game is because of the turnovers.
  7. Choking much?
  8. It's not very difficult to find something to hate about Favre.
  9. That's so nice of the official to fix Favre's jersey for him.
  10. Easiest trivia ever? I didn't say it would be hard, only one that would make me feel better about myself being a Chicago sports fan. I certainly can't brag about my other 3 teams unless its 'who had the most points in hockey until last week?' or 'which Big Ten team has had the most BT titles removed from the record?' or 'which point guard can hit his head on the backboard when coming down from a ferocious dunk?'
  11. Not good. Dammit. I better ask this trivia question before it no longer applies: Who is the last NFC North team to make the Super Bowl?
  12. Jim Nantz has not shown a ton of emotion in this game. He sounded like he could care less when the Jets recovered that fumble.
  13. Big play coming up here. A FG could leave the Colts potentially in a position to take the lead at the half when the Jets have played a pretty good half overall.
  14. That's my favorite show and I definitely don't care.
  15. The thought crossed my mind, but since his abilities can no longer affect my fantasy team, he no reason to drop it.
  16. That was a Favre like celebration by Sanchez on that TD. Nice play though!
  17. A kicker missed a kick!!! Huge news!
  18. Dear sports gods, I despise Brett Favre more than anything in the world. I despise the Vikings more than any football team besides the Packers. Since the Bears made the Super Bowl my favorite memory in football is watching Favre choke the NFC title game away in 2007. Now I'm a Michigan and DePaul basketball fan, my baseball team hasn't won the title in 102 years or been in the championship round in 65 years and I have watched 2 teams I despise as much as the Packers and Vikings win World Series and have their fans laugh in my face about it. Without getting even more long winded, I think you know what I'm getting out here. Give me a damn break. umfan83 P.S. Also, Katrina. Don't forget.
  19. Wait, the Blackhawks get blown out on the road, while the Bulls win back to back road games against 2 Western Conference playoff contenders? Holy crap.
  20. Unless the Hawks can get 2 goals in the last 1:25, the Hawks will no longer have the best goal differential in NHL. Washington will be +52 and the Hawks +50. San Jose is at +49 after the 2nd period of their game tonight, and will be 4 points ahead of the Hawks for 1st in the West. The Hawks slump, and the Sharks just never stop winning, blah.
  21. That's like what the Braves had to do in 1996 and what the Cubs and Sox would have done if Chicago won the Olympics. Imagine how chaotic it would have been with both the Cubs and Sox out of town for 3 weeks. Usually when the Cubs are home the Sox are away and vice versa.
  22. these dumb articles always come out before big games. but why don't they go down the rest of the factors? of course there's more to do in nyc. but new york is also overcrowded, traffic-ridden and overpriced . the colts play in a nice stadium and the jets play in a dump in the middle of a toxic wasteland. the jets' coach is a morbidly obese loudmouth and the colts' coach is a classy, effective leader. so really... F the jets. The Jets have played their last game at Giants Stadium. and have played zero games in new giants stadium... so there we are. So we agree that you comment about playing in a dump was dumb. Good. It's still in the middle of a toxic wasteland.
  23. No talk about Rose's dunk? That was spectacular. I knew he had hops, but I didn't think his hops were THAT good
  24. I'm fairly certain this was mostly a Crane Kenney move. Ricketts is still in charge and gets the final say. I'm sure he had something to do with the descision making. yeah but Naples came into play before ricketts even took over. I'm sure he had some say before that but I gotta believe this was mostly Kenneys work
  25. I agree....in this era of globalization it's easily possible for someone to get tons of pub no matter where they are playing. I'd admit that players in smaller markets do still have a moderately difficult time getting noticed at first, but once they get that initial hype about them, they aren't at much of a disadvantage to those in NY. There is a slight advantage but not enough to join a shitty team in order to take advantage.
