No women's basketball shouldn't have an impact. You said that Purdue and Indiana shouldn't be in the same division because they are the 2 most prestigious teams in the Big Ten, when if you asked 10 Big Ten fans who have been some of the best women's teams historically in the Big 10, 7 would say I don't know, 2 would punch you in the face for asking such a pointless question, and one fan would be a superfan of one college and name their team because they won the Big Ten and went to the Sweet 16 in 1988 or something. To have prestige means to have the respect of the general populace and the general populace could give 2 craps about women's basketball. Why do people care about preserving rivalries and making sure the divisions are of equal competitiveness? Not because rivalries are fun...its money. Men's basketball brings in money, Men's basketball rivalries bring in money, and competitive divisions bring in money. Big Ten Titles in 1940 don't bring in money, and women's basketball doesn't bring in money. Purdue is the Vanderbilt of the Big Ten so get over it.

Does PSU need to be in the UM-MSU-OSU group? I mean the teams are usually good and close geographically but as a UM fan, I don't feel any more of a rivalry with PSU than like Wisconsin. I feel a bigger rivalry with Minnesota being a trophy game than PSU. I have no problem with them being in the same division but I don't think of them as a rivalry that has to be maintained. The problem is if you break it up East/West, it's impossible to put PSU in a division with Iowa, Minnesota,etc.

I agree. Sadly, the expectations have been lowered a bit. I just want to see a competitive football game against our arch rivals.

You=WilsonA2000 You are more annoying then the Packers fans. What can I say? :) Edit: Yeah that was a pretty WA2K post. But when it's seemingly happened half the times we've been in the red zone this year, you kinda brace for it. I should have said "getting" more annoying. A lot of your posts have been straight up negative, which I can understand, but when something good happens, you don't seem to say anything good, you just find a way to say something negative. When someone good happens, I'll report it as such. I think I complemented Cutler on throwing 2 bullets that led to his TD throw, and said I'll take 13-7 at the half. What can I say, I calls em as I sees em. But if it's annoying people I'll umm go somewhere else.

I can't see Hester getting a 2nd rounder. He's a mediocre receiver and hasn't returned a kick to the house in 2 years. Historically the best returners have a peak of 2-3 years and never come close to that success afterwards.

Where has Devin Alphabet been all year? Oh yeah, he's been inactive almost all year while other receivers have been running bad routes and giving up on plays while Cutler has openly pined for him. About time Lovie.

Yeah him and his soon to be 9-4 team are so awful. This just proves the everyones fans irrationally rip at their coaches. It's not irrational. We lead the league in penalties and we have one of the worst ST units in the league, which is usually indicative of a head coach. Speaking of irrationality, you're saying the game is already over when the Bears have all of the momentum and they're only down by six at the half when we should have finished the job very early in the half. Hence why I said everyone's fans. And talent > momentum

Trying to take the lead before halftime? I know what your saying though, fall on the ball and limit risk. when 3 guys have you, just fall down, they're trying to strip it. Ohh, I thought you meant when he picked up the ball, before 3 guys got to him. Yeah that made no sense, nothing good would have come from that.
