  1. The funny thing is that Wrigley does - and should - run the neighborhood
  2. As I said on RealGM, he looked like an African marathon runner when they showed video of him in his practice gear yesterday.
  3. Who do you guys think Torres will be targeting if the Hawks end up playing the Sharks?
  4. they just said this would be the last local broadcast of the year on CSN...I definitely could be wrong but I thought the local broadcasts carried through the 2nd round in previous years. Did that change?
  5. Scoring this series: Chicago 17, Minnesota 7
  6. So I've been really enjoying having either a Bulls or Hawks playoff game every night. Assuming we don't choke in the 3rd it might be awhile before another Hawks game. Maybe not until mid week next week. By then the Bulls season will probably be over.
  7. I think the Hawks are going to make it to the 2nd round.
  8. i had no idea you could get a penalty for too many faceoff violations oh and that's the dumbest rule ive ever heard
  9. They just said on whatever Versus is now that the Hawks are 28-0-4 in games that Patrick Sharp has played in this year.
  10. OK WTF is up with the NBA scheduling for this round of the playoffs? First of all, for some reason there are no games on tonight. I'm trying to think of a major sporting event that is preventing them from playing games on a Thursday, somewhat of a basketball night (due to TNT's games of the week during the season). But even more bizarre is the Knicks-Pacers scheduling. They played game 2 on Tuesday, then have THREE days of rest before their next game on Saturday, then TWO more days of rest before game 4 on Tuesday. That's one game scheduled in the span of a week. Really weird.
  11. As for as blowouts going, this one was rather entertaining.
  12. lol... http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/227579/Trey-Burke-Rising-On-Draft-Boards-Could-Go-No-1
  13. I have never seen so many uncontested dunks coming out of half court sets in my life
  14. They're calling it evenly, but protecting the series. This is going to be too good of a series to see people get thrown out after a fight happens. If they were "protecting the series" they would make calls favoring the bulls.
  15. umm...resting up between games 1 and 2
  16. http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/breaking/chi-wrigley-night-games-20130508,0,1878827.story wow, 46 night games and 35 day games next year. Will be interesting to see how they distribute those night games. I'm assuming this means more Saturday night games.
  17. Thibs just announced Hinrich is out tonight Deng reportedly experienced more bad headaches last night and is still in Chicago. He might go consult another doctor to figure out wtf is going on.
  18. Oh yes, because the come back victories have been so plentiful and the games blown by the bullpen have been so rare. When you predict that the game is over in the 8th inning 162 times a year, you'll probably be right 75% of the time, and you'll be annoying, pointless, and stupid 100% of the time. Flawless victory
  19. The 8th? You are giving him way too much credit.
  20. The interference call is a bit iffy, but I'm not sure why the runner has to go back to 1st regardless
