  1. Perhaps if he ever gets a good pitch to hit
  2. No, they don't. Not in a down 3-0 sort of way, but if these idiots get 10 games up or some [expletive] we're going to be playing to get into a coin flip game and frankly I'm not thrilled at the prospect. Who cares? Yes I'd prefer to win the division but all I care about is making it however we can after watching 90+ loss teams for the last half decade
  3. Mark Reynolds baseball superstar. Oh wait he's hitting like .175 in games not against the Cubs and probably a shitty fielder
  4. Time to change history
  5. The Bulls have the Heat's number! Yeah I was going to say regular season doesn't matter all that much in terms of projecting playoff series. Shortened benches and equal rest, not to mention coaching over a 7 game series tends to play a factor.
  6. I don't think the Bulls should be favorites by any stretch, but to say they have no shot is silly. There are some many wild cards on the Bulls. If Noah looks as rejuvinated as he did in G5 and 6 of the milwaukee series, and Rose improves as he continues to come back from the knee surgery, there is absolutely no reason why they can't win. I do think they matchup pretty good (or at least as good as a team can going against LeBron). I read somewhere that the Cavs offense relies on a lot of 3's, great because when we are playing well defensively we do a good job of making the opponent take 3s from lower percentage areas. The one area that scares me is that the Cavs weak spot is supposed to be defensively, but their defense has apparently been playing at a very elite level the last couple of months. That will probably get better without Love.
  7. My favorite Bulls gif, for good luck: http://i.minus.com/ib1p4s2u628dhs.gif
  8. Get a load of this [expletive] guy over here You should edit the title to add "No TT's allowed" Edit: Nevermind if you read that out loud it sounds like you are banning something else that I am not in support of banning.
  9. Is this one of his legitimate or illegitimate kids?
  10. Gonna be flipping during breaks of the Bulls game, which means that the Cubs will look awesome and hit a bunch of dongs but oh well.
  11. Biggest difference is Yeo will be able to shut down the Toews line with last change up there. Hoping Hawks can steal one up there and end it Saturday. Ducks look to roll Calgary, so getting this done before 6 games would be nice. Yes, momentum can shift in a hurry in the playoffs when the venue changes. If we can weather the storm in game 3, their will might be broken. They are still a very good team though, better than last year's team. Last year they went down 0-2 and then won both games in Minnesota before the Hawks sqeaked out 2 close Ws to close them out. Regardless, they have won a road game in 16 of the 17 series they've played under Q (only one they didn't was 09 WCF against Detroit), so I'm willing to bet we win one of the 2 games, if not game 6 to close it out.
  12. Agreed, that was a domination. Very impressive. Things tend to change quickly when the venue changes. Win 1 of 2 in Minny and we are sitting pretty.
  13. I guess we aren't considered good enough yet that winning a series on the road against us saves jobs
  14. Yessss Starting to get their mojo. All 3 goals tonight were great plays.
  15. He's ridiculous. Kane in open ice gives goalies nightmares.
  16. Kane is a [expletive] sniper
  17. Wow I thought we'd go the entire season without losing a series to a bad team
  18. why? Because in a game that doesn't have as many anymore, he's supposed to be a big-time home run hitter. And to do that, you need to actually eventually hit a home run. Of course he will do it, but you want to see at least one. It's been more than 60 plate appearances and 55 at-bats. Again it's strange but there is like nothing I'm worried about less than Kris Bryant's ability to hit for power.
  19. Not worried about the Cardinals. Bryant's lack of HRs is unusual but he's going through an adjustment period right now. When he was red hot after getting called up he hit 2-3 balls that would have been HRs in parks not named PNC. Obviously you want the win a series against a scuffling team but that's baseball. Sometimes you win a series against a great team, sometimes you lose a series against a bad team. Not going to worry as long as we are at least hovering around .500 into July and our top guys are getting ABs and incrementally improving.
  20. He just doubled in his last AB weakass pop-up that the 2b dropped...context, my man Haha, my bad I definitely didn't see the AB just read the outcome.
