  1. Part of me wants to say that the Bears have played 5 games that would have gone either way and they are 3-2 in those games. So in that regard I guess it could be worse. It's difficult to say that the Bears should win every single close game. But then I remember those stupid games they lost and there is just no way they should have lost them. Also why did all 3 of the close games they won have to be AFC games while the 2 they lost division games. If we lost to Oakland and Kansas City while beating Detroit and Minnesota we'd still be looking ok even at 4-5
  2. Bears have only won 2 in a row
  3. Emotionally it's really tough to move on from Forte after the year. But having someone like Langford waiting to take the starting job makes a lot easier than cut the cord.
  4. Lions straight up choking this game away
  5. Seriously I'm in a 12 team league that starts 3 RBs and my RBs are Gurley, Lynch, Langford and Starks
  6. Ravens just lost a game in the most improbable way. Jags down 1 with 14 seconds left at their own 40. Bortles gets it to midfield but the WR stays in bounds. Somehow Bortles got the snap off with 1 second left but can't spike it. He stumbles coming out of the snap and is about to be bottled up by 2 Ravens defenders, but Dumerville unbelievably grabs Bortles facemask on his way down, a 15 yard penalty gets them an untimed down from the 35 and they kick a 53 harder to win it.
  7. Also payback for the game Foles tore us a part with a playoff spot on the line.
  8. This is payback for the last time we played them and they basically destroyed us all game
  9. We can beat GB. They are falling apart. Denver we can beat if our offense plays like this today and it's cold enough to make Peyton suck even more
  10. Yesss criticizing Langford, worst in game complaint of a Chicago sports athlete since kujay suggested benching Kane during a critical playoff game that he later scored 2 goals in?
  11. Praying that somehow Gase doesn't get a head coaching job this offseason.
  12. I lost any respect I ever had for Fishers abilities as a coach today. It's criminal that they take the ball out of gurleys hands in favor of foles, then when that fails miserably they try to fake inside their own 20.
  13. Reverse jinx works again! Ok now Jeffery has been invisible all game. GO
  14. I don't watch their games but geez Rodgers has to be hurt or something
  15. how is st louis against the run again? Dude has 100+ yards receiving and Carey is getting some nice yards on the ground, i'm good. I'm more than fine with the output. Just an observation.
  16. how is st louis against the run again? 8th in yards per attempt this year so good. But 1.5 yards a carry isn't that impressive when you compare it to the backup getting 5.9 yards a carry.
  17. Im just dumbfounded by the lack of looks Gurley is getting
  18. The long touchdown was a thing of beauty, I'm not discounting that. But outside of that Langford hasn't been all that impressive. He can't find a hole and has gone down on first contact.
  19. Last year OSU got in after a double digit loss at home to a bowl less Va Tech team in favor of a TCU team whose only loss was by 3 on the road to the #5 team Neither team plays a conference title game so their last impression would be on the road against a potential undefeated team or on the road against a good team but one that lost to Northwestern and Oregon
  20. It's fun having good coaching (clock management aside)
  21. Not our fault except Fox mismanaged the clock against the lions. It sucks because the team actually looks feisty but it's probably a little too late. They have winnable games in 4 of their last 7. At 6-3 they could easily have had a chance at 10 wins. At 4-5 they would need to probably go 6-1 to have a shot at the playoffs. Can't see them beating 2 of vs Denver, @ GB, @ Minny but who knows
  22. Bears could have the ball to end the half and start the second half if they go on a decent drive here.
  23. I heard so many fantasy experts on the radio say Cutler was going to have a terrible game and not to start him. Not that the logic was bad but 233 yards and 3 TD in the first half
  24. Thank you Marshawn Lynch for hurting your tummy forcing me to start Langford today
