Coomer stated that the 2nd AB was good sequencing from Yu, but thought that he threw 5 straight cutters, even though the last pitch was actually a slider. Great insight. -
I know that sometimes my MLB ap will load incorrectly and inexplicably not include any announcer audio (but does have field audio). If you are using the ap on something, I'd try just reloading.

I just love this. EDIT: Also, the Rockies announcers in that clip are dumb as hell. They're basically saying..."stealing signs is fine!" Ok, well if it is, so is trying to prevent it, dumbasses. They have no idea what they are talking about at almost all times. If you have a chance, watch that rundown that Baez was in on Friday and listen to Len and JD describe it, and then have a listen to the Rockies' team...the throw that is made to third when Javy is between third and home makes NO sense and allowed Rizzo to get to 2nd, but they act like the defense worked flawlessly. It blew my mind.

I looked around the crowd in the 8th inning and saw a few purple coats scattered here and there. On a more diligent survey, I realized that all of the purple coats were stadium attendants. It was probably 90% Cub fans by the 9th inning. No joke.

I had a Rockies fan friend a few years ago who was pretty pleased with how Gray had progressed, and he somehow knew enough about that particular draft to know the the Cubs did not take him with their pick and wanted to gloat, but somehow also did not know that Bryant had just won the MVP award. I was stunned.

Empty bud light is better than actual bud light so that's smart #beersnob but we were 20 and it was free (his beer) Yeah, you can do a lot worse than Bub Light.

Yeah, spin/weather pretty much has to be the reason for the difference, but whether that is hand speed or swing plane versus pitch type is up for debate.
