  1. I mean, Chapman is good and everything, but he honestly might be the LAST person I want in the game with a 6 run lead. No one is going to swing against him in this situation, and he can't throw a strike when he needs to. He gets swinging strikes when batters face a dilemma.
  2. Theo probably isn't a Trump guy. Well, neither is Rickets.
  3. Save Chapman for Chicago. Day off tomorrow so use him. Chapman has a habit of walking guys with 3 run leads that I don't really want to screw around with right now.
  4. We are benefiting so damn hard from reality in this game.
  5. Getting called out at home yesterday really drained his defense there.
  6. Chapman can fire a weapon in the offseason all he wants, just so long as he doesn't scream at his defense after a minor mess up.
  7. There's a reason they're the professional athletes and we're not. Any of us would [expletive] wilt under the pressure. Eh, I don't know. They do it every day. Hard to say unless you've been there.
  8. Had to kiss my kids goodnight, and I come back to the screen showing a replay of a HR. I was so GD pissed for 10 seconds.

  10. Might want to go all the way bak to Cueto, Smoltz.
  11. For all of the joking we like to make about announcers making "grinding" comments or grit and mind game non sense, the Cub hitters really have done a great job of grinding out ABs. We were just bound to score runs eventually with our approaches (Heyward excluded)
  12. There is no reason, especially with a lefty pitching.
  13. I'm not even going to comment on anything that Heyward does at the plate for the rest of the playoffs. Good or bad.
  14. JESUS. He clearly didn't trap it. Is Buck needs eye implants.
  15. http://wac.450f.edgecastcdn.net/80450F/nj1015.com/files/2012/06/Picture-21.png?w=600&h=0&zc=1&s=0&a=t&q=89
  16. The strike zone is so ridiculously count dependent.
  17. I like how forgiving Buck and Smolt were to Joc there. I love it so damn much.
  18. You can just TELL that guy doesn't know how magnets work.
