Never knew Melton has the most sacks by a DT in the NFC last year. I just remember him being a little inconsistent, especially after the beginning of the year.
And it's over for Andy. He needed that second set win and didn't get it. Very good career. Had the talent for a few more Grand Slams. I still wonder if he retired a bit early. But I guess he doesn't have the game anymore to win Grand Slams, so after 31 wins why not hang it up?
I think they drafted LB in the first round in 2012. I wouldn't be surprised if Shea is experimented with at middle linebacker if he fails at DE this year.
