    What's going on with Noah-Gibson?
  2. Wilson A2000
Thibs isn't really doing anything to ignite the offense, right? They just have Gasol, Rose, Mirotic, and a better Butler this year.

    So Fales or Cutler?
  4. Wilson A2000
So he's going to the CFL next year I guess

I thought I remember you guys saying that Rex Ryan has coached 4-3 defenses before

Just playing Meatball's advocate, his yards would have been better if there weren't 7 drops. Also if there was garbage time I'm the game like Cutler has had in a lot of his games. It was a decent performance from a backup QB. Nothing to get excited about but nothing to disparage either. Stupid me, I meant points in my post. I think Cutler put up at least 14 every game.

Yards wise, this matched Cutler's worst output all year if I remember
  8. Wilson A2000
Well at least the Bears know they have a somewhat serviceable backup QB to re-sign for next year
  9. Wilson A2000
Cutler would have been concussed on that hit

Given the reports that Harbaugh is considered too pricy at HC I doubt the Bears are going to throw gobs of money at their problems 2 levels above HC How can the McCaskeys say Harbaugh is too pricey? Should never be a problem in this market when the NFL is making gobs of money. If they clean house and get rid of cutler they are eating like $20+ mil for nothing next year, so to add the highest paid coach in NFL history is very very unlike how the McCaskeys operate. Let's hope they see how pissed their fanbase is, especially after the last Green Bay Game

If only Jay could be a game manager like this
  12. Wilson A2000
    Ah what a stupid play!
  13. Wilson A2000
Honestly, what happened to him? Did he change his screen name? Banned?

There is no reason to take Jay on with his contract if you are drafting Mariota. In today's NFL, you throw your young QBs into game action right away. Too much money bottled up QBs.

Just seems there are a ton of guys missing a game here and there this year. Tonight's game should have been a blowout and the reserves should have played more.
  18. Wilson A2000
He has been injured. And he's pacing himself. When you play with Gasol, you have another solid big next to you so you don't have to be superman.

Barkley: Patrick Ewing is rolling over in his grave watching this Knicks team play
  20. Wilson A2000
hahahahahahahha what?! They all hate the Grobber. Didn't he take a crap in the studio or something?
  21. Wilson A2000
    Melo out also

We'll see how good Mannelly is when he's not talking football

    1) Yes. I'm pretty sure the producers actively seek dumb people, but they don't have to look hard. Sports talk radio callers are the worst. 2) Absolutely yes. It's their thing. Most deserve it, but it gets them ratings, so yes. To #1, maybe they occasionally try to get the fun-bad callers on the air, but I'm pretty sure it's just the fact that the majority of people who would call into any radio show are criminally dumb, which you alluded to. Other shows don't get the same level of stupidity. I mean, there's dumb callers on all shows, but B&B get the really special ones. "Jay is going to retire." Yep, that was an all-timer.

Or at least offensive talent. 2011 after beating the Chargers was the time when I really thought the offense was coming together. But Lovie just couldn't find the right coordinator to get the offense moving, but the talent around Jay had also been substandard for years.

Benching Jay can't help the Bears bargaining ability with a trading partner. If Clausen gets hurt, do you go back to Jay or Fales?
