    The Bears defenders are playing as opposed to sitting out, but Jaylon hasn’t looked particularly good and neither did Kyler. Both seem slow. TJ Edwards played, but Jackson might be the better player right now because TJ looked a step slow too.

    DJ’s dead cap number is bad next year at $35 million. They aren’t going to cut him, but they’d have to trade for another big dead cap player and I’d be surprised if that player is as good as DJ. I think that number goes down after June or July, but I still don’t see the Bears dumping him or moving him.

    Their new president said he wants to decide on him and the GM before their final year this offseason and while I think that LaFleur is great, losing in that fashion in the playoffs and losing last 3/4 to the Bears even with all the injuries the Packers have had could get him fired
