Heyward is doing things!

Adrian Gonzalez has one homer in 205 plate appearances this season. He's been the one negative on that team, aside from their pitchers who may or may not be hurt.

Speaking of slow, I feel bad whenever I see Pujols attempt to run down the line these days. My goodness. The Nats turned a DP the other day against him after Murphy was fumbling around with the ball for like 10 seconds.

Yeah. Even if it's not fair to him, when so much of his value right now is tied up in his defense, you really want to see him do the amazing and really good all the time. It's completely fair. He hits like a backup catcher, so the reason he plays is to catch those.

Granted Javy didn't make him pay there, but the good thing about seeing 90% sliders like Baez does, is, you are bound to get at least one hanger per AB. He hadn't been missing those lately.
