I'm trying to recollect who was a big Hart supporter on the site and can't really come up with any. Most people that I recall were consistently surprised that Hart showed up ranking high for BA and other publications. Seriously Peoriaman, I'm begging you to find me this bunch of people. -

Throw Tom Izzo into the group with Tubby Smith where he's rumored to take about 10 different jobs every spring-summer. Whereas Tubby usually just sticks to the southern jobs, Izzo gets to be rumored everywhere

You know very well -- in fact, I think you've even mentioned it before -- that many of Duke's McDonald's All-Americans are such because they are committed to Duke, not because they're actually worthy (the same principle often applies to actual rankings, as well). Further, while it's hilarious to say "Duke hasn't been to the Final Four since 2004, ahahah" -- what a loser, he went five whole seasons without a Final Four -- Duke won 27-32-22-28-30 games over that stretch. Barnes has had four double-digit losses in the last six years, Coach K has had two since 1984 (not including the partial season he missed due to his back). I'd also argue Barnes has had more actual talent over the past six-eight years. This is a really stupid comparison and I'm going to stop now. You got me on your first point. All I can really argue with in this post is his ludicrous my team sucks so I'm getting back surgery and putting all the losses on this fall guy. [expletive] you K

Duke has 3 times the McD All-Americans Texas does most years(note numbers a total estimation and may be completely made up) UT's put much better talent into the NBA recently than Duke has. Maybe Duke gets better high school players but I don't think there's any question UT has gotten better pro prospects. Rick Barnes is a horrible in game coach. Well yeah, nobody's going to argue that point.

If I'm reading this correctly, the author is attempting to temper his Izzo celebratory article by saying that Michigan State only advanced to the finals of the tournament in two of the five times they reached the final four. This makes no sense to me. How is this a critical statement? That means they made the final four five times, which is an accomplishment in and of itself. I don't get it either. I'm not sure I buy that Izzo is the greatest coach in the game, but I don't see any valid way to undermine his accomplishments. Where is MSU's program without him? Very likely, nowhere. How is Krzyzewski not? Depends on whether you weigh Xs and Os more than getting the talent to the school. Nobody does less with more than Coach K

Before last season, didn't pretty much everyone always say that Bradley was a good teammate and well liked in the clubhouse? Link to this? All I've heard was that Kinsler, Hamilton, Young, etc. would have led a mutiny if Bradley came back to Texas last year. Link to this?
