I assume you're talking Wrigleyville? yep my favorite for that type of thing is bernies (mainly because i love the steak sandwich there) Buddy of mine went there for the wild card game, said it wasn't too overrun. You could at least get in there. I wouldn't plan on eating anywhere in Wrigleyville though.

Dammit, the south side bars all use touchtunes which require you to be within a half mile or so in order to play the jukebox. Trying to employ some friends to do it instead.

I don't think Schwarber was THAT awful behind the plate that I'd be willing to go with Teagarden over him if need be. I mean, I'd rather he be the backup than Ross too, but ya know. And as far as securing him for next year's roster depth before he becomes a FA, it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that Contreras is getting added in the offseason right? Do we really need 4.5 spots taken by catchers?
