    Offer him a 5 year deal with a player option for the 6th and a team option for the 7th. I think he's a better bet to best Pujols OPS during the next five years. That said, I think he's going to the AL to become a DH like his pappy that he doesn't speak to. I really like him and wish he'd sign with the Cubs though. Agreed, and keep it to those terms, After the Soriano debacle I hope we never sign a 10 yr contract again unless they are 22 and under Signing guys to 10 year contracts, classic Hendry move.
