I'd love to see the UI-IU game end like that tomorrow and watch Crean lose his mind getting ejected. I don't recall Crean ever receiving a technical foul at IU. He's a spazz, but he does very, very little screaming at officials compared to other coaches. I understand not focusing on how a team finishes due to unbalanced schedules. But when a team looks like total [expletive] for 2 months, the "whole body of work" gets annoying. Minnesota's resume is better than most of the last at-larges so they'll be in, but they just suck right now. They beat a 1 seed 2 weeks ago. Don't punish a team for being really [expletive] good early in the year.

I sure hope not! (Hint for Illinois: play Griffey at the five.) I'm stuck at work, how did Minnesota look? Like they had any interest in being there or like a team anyone should feel comfortable with picking to do anything in the NCAA Tournament? I wouldn't even pick them to go to the NCAA tournament. Had Illinois not been allergic to making baskets, this wouldn't have been a close game. Oh, really, who would you take over them? Arizona State?
